School Subscription

Thank you for your interest in MathHint. Please follow the steps below to subscribe your school. The onboarding process normally takes 1–3 business days after we receive the signed agreement, payment, and your student registration information.

What is Included?

  • One School Administrator account (included at no additional charge) for monitoring student usage, managing student accounts, and resetting student passwords.
  • Student accounts are charged according to your selected subscription plan.
  • Optional teacher accounts may be purchased at the same annual subscription fee per account as student accounts. Simply include the teachers’ details in the CSV file together with the student list.

Subscription Process

Step 1 – Review the Subscription Documents

Please read the following documents before subscribing.

Step 2 – Sign the Agreement

If your school agrees to the above documents, please click School Subscription Agreement to download its PDF version, provide information in Section 2 and Section 3, have it signed by the Principal or another authorised representative, and email the signed copy to admin@mathhint.com.

Step 3 – Agreement Confirmation and Invoice

After receiving your signed agreement, we will countersign it and email you a fully executed copy together with an invoice.

Step 4 – Payment

Please pay the invoice using the payment instructions provided.

Step 5 – Submit Your Registration CSV File

After payment, please email us a CSV file containing the registration information for all students who will use MathHint. If your school would like to provide teacher accounts, simply include the teachers’ information in the same CSV file.

Step 6 – Account Creation

We will create:

  • One School Administrator account.
  • Student accounts for all listed students.
  • Optional teacher accounts (if requested).

Temporary passwords will be assigned to all user accounts.

Step 7 – Start Using MathHint

We will email the login details for the School Administrator account to your nominated school contact. Your school can then distribute the temporary passwords to students and teachers (if applicable). Users will be prompted to change their password after signing in.
